"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! Thanks you!...

"Clean comfortable room friendly staff"

"This is our go to hotel when travelling to Reading. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, sauna. Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. The train station is also a short walk to take you into London, Windsor, Oxford or any other places to visit "

"Very nice and cozy apartment to stay. Their was no reception but their customer support was responsive and accommodating to handle my requests, Thanks a lot! Emails for personal verification and facility entering guidance will be provided via email but Expedia/Hotels.com does not properly deliver the email to us so please be well aware of that..."

"The staff were great, the rooms were clean & comfortable and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very good. To make it even better, it was only 1 mile away from where i had to go with work. Great stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area next."

"Lovely staff, a few problems with the room but the staff swiftly sorted that out. Also had a miscommunication about timing of breakfast which meant I then missed it, however the staff kindly got me some fruit and yoghurt. "

"Room and bedding were spotlessly clean. Big TV, power shower and a balcony whilst being ones of the cheaper places in Reading. The exterior and location is a bit strange but there’s not much they can do about that and it doesn’t detract from its appeal. I’d definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is definetely a bit shabby and down-at-heel, but it is clean and the staff friendly. Although it was a shared bathroom this was not a problem. The shower was surprisingly strong and as hot as i needed. The room was small but the matress on the bed was very comfortable. If you're happy with cheap but clean then I'd recommend it. I'd stay again"
