We were in an airport related jam and this popped up as an “option”. Nope. Research the neighborhood, because we were stranded, we also had to walk to find food or something. Again all nope. "Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room. However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette. What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. "Leider nicht die saubersten und schnellsten. Beim Frühstück wurde erst sehr spät aufgefüllt oder die Plätze vom Geschrirr der vorherigen Gäste bereinigt. Manchmal waren während unserer ganzen Frühstückszeit die Nebenplätze nicht abgeräumt. Wir haben 6x gefrühstückt. Bei unserer Rundreise durch GB waren wir u.a..im PremierInn in York, Liverpool und Glasgow, dort lief es viel besser. Aber Preis-Leistung ist im Gesamtbereich ok."

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
