"First time I stayed my air conditioner didnt work, instead of fixing it....we had to change rooms...no compensation for our troubles....figured it was a one off....couple weeks later....we got a room with a broken shower....no way to fix it, no way to change rooms and no compensation..."

"Very nice rooms. Waterslide was shut down by the state. I had two very disappointed kids. We only booked the hotel due to the pool area. Hesitant if we will stay again. I really wish we would have been informed the pool area was not working."

"I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it.
