"Inside the room is very luxury, well-equipped like being home and good service from Rafal but only one thing bad is no elevator that's very hard to carry all luggages upstair. No breakfast anyway."
"This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here! "

"All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great.
The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp. "
"You can't beat the location of this property - it is in the heart of Old Town's square with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Alex was a fantastic host who took the time to show us where to park and all the pertinent details of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend having a car while staying here because parking was far away, and expensive. However, I would recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the host company is very personable and organized."
"First time staying in a Barcelo Hotel, and was incredibly happy with it. The quality of the rooms and overall cleanliness was great. A few small downsides was we were unable to turn down the air conditioning further than was set by the hotel, and also when dining in the restaurant, there wasn’t a great selection for different dietary requirements.
Overall though, a really great experience and will add Barcelo hotels to my list when travelling abroad."
"Wonderful 4-star hotel located off the main boulevard near the statue of Copernicus. Easy check-in; pleasant staff. We had an upgraded room, which made our 3 day stay more pleasant. Modern, hi-tech European-style hotel with an old world ambiance. Great shower (rain head), good bed, and bar area with a sink."
"Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel."

"Excellent location, bus 175 from airport leaves you in front of hotel, Most attractions within walking distance or 1 minute walk to metro and bus that take you everywhere. Staff super helpful, kind and very patient. Good buffet. I will give Six stars. "
