"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."

"Rooms are clean and property is extremely convenient for getting around yet quite area. Lady in charge of breakfast today ran out of all cold and hot food at 9am then proceeded to remind everybody that its too late to make more food. when about 12 people just arrived to find empty bins with an hour left to breakfast. The worker continued to make excuses about the amounts she should be making are so difficult to predict. She didn’t want to even open more pancake mix or bagels! I don't understand why thats a problem. She eventually brought out bread and proceeded to put it out without gloves on. This woman needs training & more help. Everything should not run out at once! Also you need more than 1 toaster when 12 people want breakfast and all you brought out is bread. "

"Great hotel but no bar and their website said there was one. I booked the hotel for certain reasons. Free parking, breakfast, close proximity to my family and having a bar. But no bar! No adjustment in price either even though it’s one of the reasons I booked there. I would have booked elsewhere if I would have known. I’m not a big drinker but I like to be social and safe in my own hotel once my dad goes to bed."

"First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!"

"Outdated heating and air-conditioning...which dosent work... I was given a box fan and told to open the window when my room was to hot to tolerate. 😰😓 The cable boxes are bolted to the back of the tvs which makes it hard to control your TV because the remote signal cant find the box...😎 Hotel is older and family owned. The bed was ok. No microwave in room...small fridge but the freezer was one big ice cube, so couldn't use that. Location is near freeway, dining, stores. Hotel wasn't for me. 👎"
