"Check in was not pleasant- staff greeting was EXTREMELY WELCOMING but being welcomed & smiled at while waiting 45 minutes to check in was frustrating. Many people have commented on smells- we had an odour from our bathroom but was tolerable. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL- welcoming, polite, helpful & certainly go above & beyond. Breakfast was the reason for our stay and it is definitely delivered. It’s close proximity to Atlantis is definitely worth the stay."

"Had an amazing experience at Paradise Island! Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made the stay even better. Definitely a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some time away—highly recommend"

"The staff was great, however, the walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear conversations on both sides throughout our stay. We also had a hot water problem, and let the front desk know on day 2 and day 3 of our 4 day stay. Nothing was done about it and when asked for a one night room credit, they would not grant it. The only thing they refunded was a $50 resort fee. Not worth the $ for cold showers! "
