"Roomβs bathroom fittings were in bad condition. The whole place was a bit dusty, the room key didnβt work after one night. Had to request to change rooms which they agreed to, without any questions asked, as if they are used to it. Reception lady was also very unconcerned, unhelpful. Never staying ..."
