All our requests were handled efficiently and we didn’t even get charged extra for our last minute early check in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. "Lovely clean room & staff were very helpful & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that there was a horrible drain/sewer smell in the bathroom of room 104 - not sure if this was coming from the toilet or the shower - didn’t complain to reception as I was hardly ever in the room but not a nice smell! Rooms were cleaned every day & clean towels & new shower gel provided daily."
