She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"My first time in Vietnam & this was the perfect starter choice for budget solo travelers like myself to start after landing. It's a fantastic location once you get to know the area & learn how Da Nang works. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comes with amenities, etc. the staff is very friendly & speak decent English to communicate, check in is very fast & easy. There's much more but you can experience for yourself! Highly recommend. "

"Room smaller than expected,and had a bad smell of dampness. Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. We had cold showers during day."

"Property was the worst in all aspects from room where nothing works like the air conditioning to the laundry room was old and rundown talk to staff and no answers… we had the Presidential room and it was probably for the worst I ever seen really a joke, a few roaches where in the apartment and the breakfast was as bad as it can be …. REALLY THE PICTURES THEY HAVE OF THE ROOM ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET …. "
