The hotel, staff, amenities, restaurants and overall grounds/water park are fantastic. Ideal for families. We had a great stay. My only criticism and this isn’t at the hotel becUse the hotel is great. It’s there isn’t much around the hotel so you do feel isolated.

A special thank you to staff member Toan, who helped us on our first buggy trip to the beach and continued to assist us throughout our stay, always willing, helpful and with a bright smile. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained and offers many amazing amenities, including the stunning Nami Pool and both indoor and outdoor pools, which are absolutely gorgeous. This is one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever visited. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The customer service at the front desk and the restaurant was outstanding — truly some of the best service we have experienced. One of the best resorts for family and couples alike. If you like onsen probably the best resort altogether. Facilities were beautiful, everything one can want, perfectly clean and maintained to the highest level. Staff was attentive and genuinely cared for our well being! Akane was specially helpful, nothing was too difficult for her and she even checked up on us after getting back to Australia! Well done and thank you Da Nang Mikazuki and everyone who helped making our holiday an unforgettable success!!! We are looking forward to coming back again and again!!!
