"The room was quite spacious and tidy, and the staff provided excellent service, with only one individual presenting a minor issue, but overall, the team was great. The most significant advantage is its prime location, conveniently situated near all amenities. This is truly the best hotel for its location."

"The hotel was in a great location off time square. It was clean and the staff were really nice. I love the lobby area. I also felt safe because it required a key pass to go to your rooms. We had a quad room with 2 bunk beds. It did not have curtains or drawers like the ones pictured on the website. But it did have chargers in the wall and the beds were comfortable. I loved the down blankets. The bathrooms were clean. Make sure you bring a body pouf or washcloth because they don’t have those. "

"I'm not sure if we were put in this room because we booked third party, but we were putting one of their their oldest, badly in need of renovation rooms. The carpet was mismatched, the wallpaper was peeling, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, there was no air conditioning available on a warm day, and the room had a musty smell like the exhaust fan in the bathroom hadn't been working. In hindsight, we should have immediately asked for a different room. I spoke with the front desk as I was checking out, and told them they shouldn't be renting that room out to anyone especially for the prices they charge. She mentioned that they were planning to renovate the rooms, but how does that help me. They did refund two nights of their resort or service fees. If you're going to reserve a room here, make sure you're getting one of the renovated rooms because that's what they show at the top of their Expedia photo montage. You have to scroll pretty far down before you see the old style rooms. Those rooms don't even look that bad in the photo but the one we put in was just falling apart."

"Some of the nites our room was overheated with a radiator we had no control over. We opened windows but it was still hot. And this was in March—not hot outside. "

"The staff is great. The hotel is very run down, super old and in a very bad condition everywhere. The entrance is ok but once you go in the corridors it is very bad. The rooms are extra extra small. They barely fit 2 twin beds."
