"No es un hotel lujoso pero muy limpio y las habitaciones grande, bonitas y muy limpias. Con nevera, microondas y cafetera. También con plancha, tabla de planchar y secadora de mano para el cabello. Mucho espacio para la ropa y zapatos. Y lo mejor el precio por noche y transporte para el hotel y para el aeropuerto .Sus empleados muy amables."

"My granddaughter and I both had neck pillows for sleeping on the airplane. Mine was blue and hers was pink. She had it tied to her suitcase and when her uncle DON brought her suitcase into our room the pink neck pillow was on her suitcase. The next morning we left around 10 and put out the do not disturb sign, we returned around 5 o’clock and at eight we started packing things up, and the pink pillow is gone nowhere to be found."

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times while traveling, while it is not a 5 star hotel it is clean and the front desk personal are very nice. The only complaint I have was in an attempt to get baggage down from my room and assistance with my husband, who was in a wheelchair, there was no help. When I enquired about this the valet gentleman was quick to tell me I could not use a cart which I had just purchased for use for my luggage. When I ask again about a wheelchair for my husband he walked away and stated you have to talk to the desk. It would have been a little more refreshing to have said let me see what I can do follow me. Insead he seemed more eager to get my bags and a tip than assist with a disabled person. I was extremely disappointed in his action especially when the porter for American Airlines pushed all 4 bags and a wheelchair with my husband in it up to the room when we checked in."
