"Room was nice and clean. We arrived a bit late, evening staff were a bit off-putting, but the morning staff was exceptional. We only stayed one night prior to our cruise. Breakfast was actually pretty decent and flavorful. The only complaint was the dinner we bought was slightly below average. We didn't use any other amenities. I will say, and I wish I'd gotten her name, the lady I spoke to on the phone after we left went above and beyond. It was Saturday 2/22, around 11-12am-ish. My husband realized he didn't have his wedding band on, so I called to see if the cleaning crew had found it. She said nothing had been turned in, but she'd run up to the room to look. She placed me on hold and less than 10 minutes later she returned and said she found it. She agreed to keep it in safekeeping until the following Saturday. We were able to retrieve it upon our return. Thank you to the lady!! "
