Check-in was fast & the room was freshly sanitized. So much so you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked in the room. Facility itself could use some upgrades but overall it was ok to stay for a night.

This hotel was aweful! The heater was broken and it was a long, cold night. The hotel manager and the maintenance manager laughed at me and didn't care. They were rude and disrespectful. I hated the bathroom, too. It had mold and broken fixtures and broken tiles. The balcony was supposed to be a pool view... But there was a giant oak covering the view. The balcony had too many spider webs and unclean furniture. It was disgusting. The t.v. didn't have any channels. There was a desk in the room, but that was the only positive. I hated it!!!!

We stayed here the night before we left for a cruise. It was an economical option for us (sacrificing a little bit of location for a better price). We enjoyed listening to the never ending rain from our balcony. The bed was comfortable. The shower felt fancy. I loved having a single cup Keurig maker in our room. It was also walking distance to a shopping plaza where there were some restaurants and a coffee shop.

Great hotel. The grounds are beautiful, so many gardens. There is a nice outdoor eating area. The beds and sheets are so comfortable. The pool is so clean, cold but clean. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but we don't mind. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We stayed overnight as we were just passing by. It's right off the freeway, so easy access to it. We had a room with a view of the golf course. We were on the second level. The rooms on the floor level have a small concrete area with two chairs; however, we did not have a balcony. But the windows are floor to ceiling. Check in was a breeze. There is a pool (which we did not use), a small restaurant/bar which serves light meals.
