Barcelona Studios is in a fantastic location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The beach is a few blocks away. We didn’t spend much time in the room because there is so much to do in Miami. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. Communication about our reservation was clear and timely. Love Adriana’s responsiveness.

This was a lovely property, and the host was very kind and accomodating. We really appreciated the toiletries that were available for guests in the lobby, they really saved us from having to go out and buy a bunch of things for our short trip.

This place is a hidden gem for sure ! Location is perfect , having everything at a walking distance. From so many food options , gifts shops , bars and beach access. Property is very clean and rooms is very cozy, only issue I had was not having a tv in the room , other than that this place is amazing!

everything!!! the place is amazing!! it did not have a tv... and with me having children I need constant background noise, but by the next day there was so much to do I didn't mind not having it. the manager was so sweet!! love love love the cats! the place was clean, the shower was hot, and the location was perfect!!!!! will defiantly be back next year!!

Barcelona Suites is a Real Miami Gem

I loved my stay at Barcelona Suites. My room was spacious and clean. It was also very quiet, considering it was a block from Espanola Way. I wish I could have stayed longer. I also appreciate that there was no t.v. in the room.

Very happy with the stay!

We loved the location and having mini kitchen in room. Bathroom (room #7) was small to sit on toilet but the overall place was perfect. Location was great, security was great too. Lots of cats and a beautiful outside garden to relax in. Overall, enjoyed our few days stay! And the ladies that work there were great!

The guest house is conveniently located in a walkable part of Miami Beach. Adriana is very helpful responds in a minute. The ladies who clean the rooms are nice too. The patio is charming. Access to the beach within a few minutes, everything is at hand. I knew this part of Miami already so it was not a surprise. Just one thing, this old house deserves refreshing, especially the kitchen, only one of the two stoves worked and the overall thing could be improved. Surprisingly, the studio I stayed in #17, was very quiet, no noise, which can be a bit of a challenge when you stay close to España Way. I recommend hhis Guesthouse and if I come back a fifth time, it is likely I choose this place.

My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and Lincoln Road, making it easy to explore the area by foot. Despite the central location, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are many beautiful cats around the property and lobby, which adds charm, but they are not inside the rooms, so no issue for anyone with allergies. The rooms themselves are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about this stay - Great location less than 10 minutes walking from the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. street parking all around and covered public parking 2 blocks away. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, A/C was cold, shower was hot, all we can expect The reception/living area is great with a beautiful garden area and friendly cats that may come sit on your lap!
