"I had an amazing stay, my room was in the Taco Taco part of the resort. I really enjoyed my time, the only issue I had was having to switch my room because the original room’s window had been sealed with tape and when it stormed my window leaked and started to flood my room. I woke up to water all over the floor and my bags were soaked on the bottom. I had to use towels to catch the water. The staff was helpful in helping me switch my room, although I did have to wait 4 hours because I was forgotten about after making the complaint the first time."
