Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression.
I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation.
The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive.
Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned.
While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again.
