"I really liked the room, bright colors and the entrance of the Hotel, and the hallways all with bright colors. I felt so much in peace, I will say a different energy. Excellent beach view, as well."

"The hotel overall was really nice and clean. The staff were very helpful as well. The breakfast was hot and delicious…. Serving sizes exceeded what I was expecting. The restaurant and bar food were good as well. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The only thing I would say that was a concern was the hallways and elevators. They should be deep cleaned because they were a bit smelly like it needed to be replaced. Parking was iffy but parking garage not far from building, $25 a day I think. Perfect area for kids and family… not too busy on this end of the street."

"Hotel has great location In of the middle of south beach close to all the restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Some areas are outdated and could use some renovations. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only concern is the safety where everyone can get to the floors with no key required to use the elevator. Especially the back elevator where you don’t need to go through the lobby. I think that should be fixed amid what’s going now days. Also no complimentary water thats a turn off too. Also valet is $40 overnight till 2:30pm. It’s good hotel over all"

"We booked through Expedia. When we got to check-in, we requested to upgrade our room and were told no, that they were at full capacity. Our friends checked in one hour later and were given a room upgrade. They booked through 1 Hotels website using an American Express and were given an upgrade for free. We asked for a late check and were told they lasted they could do was noon. Our friends requested a late checkout and were allowed to check out at 4pm. Probably would stay away from this hotel if you are using Expedia because they will treat you as a second class guest."
