"This hotel is tired and needs a good clean. The laminate floor in our room was dirty. Staff at reception desk in the morning shift were unhelpful with even basic requests like milk, even though there was a coffee maker in the room. "

"It was clean. Very outdated, no microwave in the room only in the basement which was a bit creepy, the laundry room is also there. We spent close to $200 on the breakfast buffet and it’s literally like the free breakfasts they give at other hotels. Pool was small and outdated. I love the chill area behind the pool with games. "

"The room is clean, the staffs cleaned my room everyday. Amenities is poor. Even I asked for a cup of hot water they said they didn’t have. First day I checked in, I couldn’t open the safer, I asked for the service, the staff came and removed it but didn’t supply another one. I reminded to receptionists twice. Everyone had different excuses!"
