"I would give our stay ten stars if possible. The staff is wonderful, the room was large & comfortable with all needed amenities, wifi worked great & the breakfast was an added plus. It’s also on a quiet side street & in a lovely neighborhood. We’ll definitely stay here on our next visit. "

"I recently stayed at the Barceló México Reforma and had a great experience. The Premium Level was absolutely amazing...well worth it...and the dining in the restaurant was top-tier. Plus, the lobby is stunning and makes a great first impression. It’s a perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Definitely my go-to spot in the city....can’t wait to be back!"
"great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful.
bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat."
"The location is ideal for walking around Centro. Lots of museums and other sites within 15 minutes walk. Our room was a junior suite. Very roomy and came with a concierge Victor. He was amazing. He looked after every detail for us. Breakfast was included and it wasn’t just buns and toast. There were many selections available. Hot and cold. There is also a cafe open 24 hours right next to the lobby. Everything there was complimentary with the exception of alcoholic drinks.
Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "
"The room was great and clean. The first night there was a situation with the Shakira concert people testing their sound system the night before her concert and it was insanely loud and playing the same one Ed Sheeran song over and over and over. i called down to the front desk to find out if anything could be done and they were quite rude. My husband walked down the road and talked to the crew and it was fine after that. I thought if you don't put any notice outside your door, the maid still comes, but I guess I was wrong. :-( "
"If you want to rest this is not the place to stay. The pillows are rocks. Centrally located and walk-in distance to many stores and restaurants. The dinner menu is decent. Breakfast served cold and overpriced. "
