Perfect stay for a trip to CDMX. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt very safe staying here and it is in a very safe/peaceful area with lots of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean and simple. I highly recommend staying here!
The staff went above and beyond to help me and make my stay pleasant. Definitely on my list of fave places to stay in CDMX. Thank you Víctor, Adrián, and Carolina
We love staying at Casa Bis! The folks who work there are awesome and the rooms are super cute/clean. The shower head in our room needs to be resealed as the top of it was spraying out water and the bathroom does have a bit of a funky smell, but these aren’t things that wouldn’t have us coming back over and over again!
Lovely place with lovely staff. Nothing overly fancy, but great location and overall quality for the price. The electricity did go out while I was there but they have flashlights and power banks for charging phones. Lights came back on in around 5-6 hours, so it wasn’t too bad. Will definitely come back and would recommend to friends or other solo young travelers!

The hotel is in a fantastic area, not far from the metro, close to many bars and restaurants. The room was a good size and stylish. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great, fantastic shower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that the was stained and there were hairs from previous guests in the bed, not great. Just an investment in some new sheets and towels would bring back the life back to this place.
My single room was probably one of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. But it was clean and had everything I needed. The front desk staff were amazingly nice and helpful. I had forgotten two boxes there when I left and they did everything they could to get them to me. Incredibly nice. The location wasn’t the best for me but seemed to be liked by others. Very safe for single woman traveler. No breakfast offered. Enjoyed my stay because of the staff
Enjoyed my stay here - very nice and cozy, and in a great location. Only issue was that they did not provide breakfast, even though they call it a bed and breakfast. Otherwise it was lovely and I’d stay here again.
