"The location was absolutely great. The hotel is in front of the mill pond and is literally a few minutes walk to the village area. The staff was really nice, i had requested for a room with a view which was fortunately available and so we got it. The night view from the hotel was surreal. Room was really good. We were 5 in total and enjoyed our trip. I heard Christmas time is really beautiful, so might plan again around that time. Thank you Westin,

"Went for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles...
"We have always stayed at Westin whenever we go to Blue mountain, this is the first time we stayed at Mosaic and was surprisingly impressed. There are mixed review regarding the cleanliness, but our room was pretty decent. It is a much closer walk to the village compared to Westin, and resort fee is much lower. Will definitely stay here again "
"Excellent condo. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen includes all utensils, pots, pans, dishes plus more. Washer and dryer in the condo. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and one on the second with it’s own ensuite bathroom . Nest thermostat to control temperature. Only a 3 minute walk to the village and all the activities. Scenic caves are a five minute drive. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

They upgraded us the day before to a kig room and it came with a small kitchenette as well which was great.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious and our host was very lovely.
The property was very convenient to shops and eateries in Markdale. It is a 5 miniute walk to the main street.

"The property is immediately next to the pool and spa both of which generate considerable noise. The entire North Creek complex is overdue for a paint job. The condo could use additional touchups including the salt-stained welcome mat"
