"The Mosiac is just wrapping up their renovations. It will look great when the main lobby area is completed. Our room was picture perfect, clean, roomy, nice balcony over looking the pool area with the mountains in the back ground. The resort staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Blue mountain has lots to do for every age category. We were there for 3 nights and we were so happy with the resort that we booked another 7 nights in early August. Can't wait to return."

"We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."

"I don’t mean to be too harsh or rude but while I was there the only thing I could confidently say is that it was extremely close to a breakfast spot. When I checked in I was happy with the staff and the owner/manager. He was very nice and friendly but when I went into my room it appeared clean. "Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."
