"Upon arrival. Taking in Clothes and bags when i checked the Bed, Night stand and Bath. Remains of bed bug Poop on night stand. Furniture was Damaged and scuffed Last buh not least. We found a Roach run to our Bags. Uncomfortable I denied Stay and request Reimbursement "
