Loved this place for our family. Felt like I was almost at an all-inclusive resort! Breakfast, weekday social hour with beer on tap, free laundry, in room kitchenette and separate bedroom for when my older one wanted to stay up watching tv. Beds were very comfortable.

Even though we checked in late, the check in process was super friendly and easy. They were very kind to us and our pup, who was new to traveling as well and a little nervous. The rooms were phenomenal for cross- country road trip travel and the full sized fridge/freezer was a life saver!! Absolutely we would stay here again!!

The room needed updating. There is a need for more handicap parking. Of all the times I have stayed at this location, this room was the worst. The room was smaller, the tub enamel was cracked, there were wall patches in the bathroom from leakage, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating as usual.

My new go-to location in Memphis!

Without exception, the staff were the NICEST bunch I have ever seen, from reception to the hosts to the cleaning crews. VERY friendly, with excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager's reception in the evening was a nice relaxing break, with beer and wine and some light food. Overall, a fantastic bargain and wonderful stay!

Property was clean and well maintained. The Breakfast room was clean and the staff was quick to replace items that needed replenished. At check in the young lady was very robotic, no eye contact, no smile just ran through the information like she was on fire, guess she needed to get back to her social. The receptionist was very sweet when we check out, she was engaging.

Very friendly staff! Nice they have accomodations for families of 6. Good breakfast options - fresh fruit salad, scones & muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, turkey sausage, Oikos yogurt parfait bar, cereals, bagels, waffles. Our room could have used a little maintenance (lock.issing some screws, door handle to connecting room fell off) but wasn't really a problem for our group
