"Room smelled like someone had smoked pot in it. Toilet was plugged I called front desk to report they said they would send someone up, waited an hour and called back they said there was no maintenance on site, half hour later the manager brought a plunger up to our room and said I had to do it myself. "Internet worked well. Comfortable bed and clean room. I just needed a room for the night between flights so didn’t get to check the pool. Nothing except the desk is open here at night or early morning. "

"hotel was ok, we got what we paid for. It did not say anywhere that the pool was closed for renovations. There was a shuttle to a neighbouring hotel to use their pool but it was just ok. Room was clean breakfast was good, not a great offering but it was something to get our day started. Found a couple of the staff members a bit off putting with how they handled people and issues. Was very upset to see the one woman on the front desk parked in the handicap spot right out front with no placard. "

"The airport shuttle was helpful for us to come from the airport. The staff was helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel and checking out as well. The only concern was the room was a bit smelly. Not sure if it was the cleaning solution or something else. "
