"If I can put zero stars I would do it. I've got there with my family at 2 am after a sport event in the Kansas city Stadium and they told me basically that they sold my room after I paid it with anticipation on Expedia and they didn't have nothing for me. Nothing more frustated than that and never to be expeted from a hotel"
"The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms.
If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing."
"Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty and had bugs. The staff refused to take responsibility, ignored our concerns, and wouldn’t even consider a refund when we wanted to leave because of the hotel’s condition. Customer service was awful. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.it was so so dirty."
"Owner was super nice & prompt in resolving an issue with TV. The room was clean. Clean & comfy bed. Surrounded by grassy area which was perfect for walking dog. No lobby coffee or breakfast- but coffee maker in room. Conveniently located next to large gas station."
