"Do most part room was clean and straight. Had dust webs in ceiling corners as well and layers of dust on the exhaust fan in bathroom. Water took forever to heat up causing me to miss a shower my first morning because I couldn’t wait for it to heat up Staff later advised to run both shower and sink together to get hot water quicker "

"Not enough food we came down at 8:30 most of the breakfast items were gone. It was a long line for one waffle machine ended up passing on that and no hot water for tea. Our air conditioner in the room was broken, the staff offered to change our room. we were already undressed and getting into bed. we had a long day travel from Florida. The managing staff was very kind about adding 15, 000 points to my choice rewards for the inconveniences of a room with no ventilation or air. "
