The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the valet service guy. The room was clean and our view from the balcony was very nice. The pool areas were maintained well even the bathroom. We didn't try the restaurant, but I bet it would have been good. The waiter serving drinks at the pool was friendly and checked on us when he had a chance. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely recommend, especially if you find a great deal on the price like we did!

We had a partial view from our balcony and it was very good. We really enjoyed the balcony. We spent most of our time by the pool. One was a regular temperature pool and the other was a heated pool. Both pools were excellent as well asthe facilities around the pool.

I write my comments with much respect and to help the Hotel and the customers. I have been coming to this Hotel for over 8 years annually before the take over and change of ownership the outside garden were well taking care of with bright beautiful colorful plants now you see dry grass, and weeds. The food is horrible, one off the reason I would returned was for the food the was prepared by chiefs with great taste. I stayed in February 2026 as well and noticed things were going down especially the food. One of the reasons for my returned was the food and all facilities well maintained. I speak respectful not hurt but to help I know corners have been cut for profit reasons but your profit will go down because you will loose customers like me I hope this will help so you can make corrections from a customer point of view I think is the best. Have a great day bring back the great tasting food and hopefully I will returned back.

​I’d rate this stay as just okay. The rooms and location are nice, but the service is genuinely terrible. ​I booked this spot specifically to watch the World Cup at the bar, but the bartender completely ignored me to scroll on his phone. Zero service. Meanwhile, I kept getting aggressively targeted by their timeshare staff—at least five times after I already said no. ​The pool and restaurant service were just as bad. Employees huddled together ignoring guests, hostesses looking visibly annoyed when asked for a menu, and having to constantly wave people down just to order. The food is actually good, but the service is non-existent. ​We ended up buying a day pass at a livelier hotel just two doors down in the Zona Dorada, and the hospitality there was incredible—complimentary chips, great drinks, and beachside service. It highlighted just how unwelcoming our own hotel was. The staff here desperately needs to step up their game. I won't be back.

My stay at Sunvivia resort and spa was absolutely amazing. Even though it’s now operating under a different name, everything about the hotel remains just as wonderful as when it was known as The INN. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are very convenient. The bedrooms are beautiful, and upgrading to an ocean view was definitely worth every penny. From the parking attendants to the waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and accommodations. I will definitely be returning thank you so much for such a great experience!

Extremely disappointing visit after coming here for past 15 years. Never had a hot shower, broken shower head. The hotel was empty and customer service was nonexistent; no one seemed to care. Poolside restroom out of service entire week both men and women’s room. Difficult to sleep with overly noisy ac fan. Had to shut off. Repairs requested to no avail. Pool water boiling hot. We are done. Not the place we used to love. We will not be back.

Mi mayor decepción fue descubrir que este hotel no ofrece una experiencia de "Todo Incluido" como se anuncia o se interpreta al reservar mediante Expedia. No cuenta con estaciones de autoservicio y todas las bebidas y snacks deben solicitarse a la carta, una carta que, además, nadie ofrece ni explica. Entiendo que mi estancia coincidió con una alerta por ciclón y puedo ser comprensivo con las medidas operativas y de prevención implementadas. Sin embargo, eso no justifica la actitud antipatica y de mal servicio del personal. Hablando de los alimentos, la calidad del desayuno buffet fue decepcionante. La comida era de baja calidad y tanto el sabor, presentación y limpieza del buffet dejaban mucho que desear. Definitivamente no estuvo a la altura de lo que se espera al hospedarte en un hotel de POSADAS.
