It’s at the beach. Do not eat at restaurant closed to elevator. That was awful. But, the hotel breakfast is amazing. And the staff very nice and kind.

Not what it once was

Had a few issues like no hot water, no ice in the ice machine, building is very loud coming from the elevator somehow echoing over our room every time it went up and down., and the pool area is very small but you can't take lounge chairs to the beach. you have to sit on the ground. Parking was free and under ground so that was nice but very small and tight. staff was ok. Room was great with the kitchen. But very limited wifi in room if you wanted to watch netflix or prime at bed time it wouldn't play continuously. Weather was great and Mazatlan it;s self is a favorite spot of ours. We just had better luck at other resorts.

Our room was just terrible. You can tell they are remodeling but they should have not rented room 501 lost of mold and humidity in the room. We had asked to be moved they did not want to. We rented a 2 bedroom suite really dirty and mold everywhere AC leaking and floors really dirty and old.. Food was ok. Service lady in the room really nice and cooperative.

During our first visit to Mazatlan we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were outdated but clean. Obvious wear and tear given the humidity and elements. Our first room smelled terrible and was dingy but upon request the hotel promptly moved us to a room in much better condition. The staff were nice and helpful. The pool and view of the ocean were great. The massage station in the lobby was awesome. All in all it was a nice stay.

El personal muy atento en recepción y el vallet parking, pero más instaciones del hotel quedan muy cortas, la habitación que nos asignaron pésima, el internet no funcionó, el baño tenía una tapa del drenaje mal puesta y salía el olor horrible a drenaje, habia cucarachas en la cocineta, los apagadores por sin ningún lado incómodo apagar las luces en mi opinión no volvería a hospedarme aquí
