"The staff was amazing and wanted to help you. The room was great but we didn’t have hot water in the shower .. on best days lukewarm but some days cold. The tub had hot water but didn’t hold water. Also the room was very cold which was great but made it very damp and sometimes a little musty. We had 5 rooms and ours was the only room with this issue but otherwise the room and balcony were so amazing we didn’t ask to move. In all we had 4 room types and the ocean view with a suite and the suite with a swim out pool were the favorites. We spent a lot of time on the ocean balcony and in the private pool. The tiki huts on the beach made a beach day extremely relaxing even on very hot July days. Also the entertainment was better than any resort I’ve visited. The beach was very walkable for long distance with neighboring resorts and private beaches. Go Magestic was very willing to accommodate us when we had flight changes I would highly recommend them for transport"

"Loved the beach. Did not like the smells. No pleasant smell in lobby and multiple areas smelled like sewer/trash including rooms. Loved the layout."

"Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers"
