"2 girls in our group got food poisoning, I was sick for days. Food tasted horrible. Drinks were awful, mixers tasted artificial and alcohol was not high quality. Poor service. Breakfast took over an hour for an omelet. Will never go back. "

"Stayed in a Privelege Master Suite Oceanfront room. The room was huge and very comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful as was the turn down service. They did arrive too early for my liking. Enjoyed all the restaurants and the steak quality was exceptional. The pool service was the best I have had at any resort. A special shout out to Enrique at the Privelege pool. It was nice to see him, while waiting for my airport shuttle in the lobby this morning. Would definitely come back. The Sports Bar does lack TV's. I could see a lot of fighting over the TVs on a NFL Sunday. However, watching Hockey with the Canadian fans was a lot of fun. Somehow, the 1 bartender was able to keep up with drinks."

"Very disappointing experience. The jet ski staff refused to accommodate a simple and reasonable request. I paid for 30 minutes and wanted to divide the time between my family, including a short 5-minute ride for my 7-year-old daughter. There was no flexibility at all — just a flat refusal, even though I paid for the full time and should be able to use it as I want.
On top of that, the prices are extremely overpriced for this level of service.
The facility itself is also poorly designed and inconvenient. The floors are very slippery, which feels unsafe, especially for families with kids. Moving around with a stroller is frustrating — there are no clear or direct exits to the pools, and you end up walking through what feels like a maze just to get around.
Overall, not family-friendly and definitely not worth the price."
