"Plus- Bartenders Erik and Giovanni were great. Room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Beach and Club pool were nice and well maintained with attentive friendly staff.
Minus- For some reason on a couple occasions restaurants would not seat us outside when tables were available. This was not a kitchen management issue because inside seating was available immediately. Check in was a bit clunky with a long wait for a "butler" to escort us to our Club room."

"Excellent service from every one we interacted with! . , Grounds were really well maintained and had a tropical vibe to them. Pools were incredible! Food was incredible! Lots of great restaurants to pick from on site. Beach was really nice too! Definitely do the activities… kayaking…. Snorkeling… jet skis… fishing … So much fun! "
