"This hotel is in a great location across the street from the river walkway where many restaurants and shops are. The food from all four restaurants in the hotel is first class. The staff attends to all your concerns very quickly. The rooms are very clean and stylish all have nice balconies, really great hotel experience."

"What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."

"The hotel is on the 5th floor of what appears to be an abandoned building, with sketchy elevator service. Although staff was friendly and the hotel was clean there was very few amenities. Location is great but not if you're looking to relax, Egyptians love their car horns."

"If you want to live the Egyptian experience, this is the place. in the center of the down town. The hotel is located in the most visited places in Cairo. At the hotel entrance is the busiest coffee and restaurant places, packed with people until late night. Very nice cooperative staff you will encounter is this city. Breakfast is delivered to your room daily not before 8:30 am (no breakfast room available), you are treated royalty with real Egyptian modern food. Many thanks for the fabulous staff and receptionists, Special thanks to Miss Sama (not related to the hotel ownership). Our room had two balconies over looking the crowded space in front of the hotel. Pedestrian street called Al Alfie street is at the hotel foot print. Thank you guys for a wonderful 21 days."

"Great breakfast so many options to choose . Room comfortable. Around the hotel area is very dirty and looks not really nice so is better stay in the hotel. "

"Clean hotel with nice friendly staff, clean bathrooms, the rooms need an upgrade though. The hotel is situated in an old building right in the middle of downtown Cairo which is a perfect location. The continental breakfast was poor. The elevator is old and unreliable. A good stay for the price."

"The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all."
