Really spacious cabin, clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. We encountered minor issue during our stay but was being dealt with immediately. We really love our cabin, the mountain view is gorgeous and it comes with full kitchen amenities.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. I wish we stayed longer!!

Still offering good experience

Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays.

今回3人で利用させていただきました。 静かなコテージでゆっくり時間を過ごさせていただきました。 設置してあるカトラリーのフォークが、ケチャップがついたまま保管されており、食器などの掃除のチェックが甘いと思います。 洗面所のコップが２つしか設置されていませんでした。 以上2点が残念でした。

génial

très surpris de cette location ! Un vrai petit châlet dans un coin paisible, même si il fallait monter tout en haut d'une colline, c'était vraiment un cadre exceptionnel. On pouvait presque croire que nous étions dans les Alpes françaises, haha Je recommande vraiment, rapport qualité/prix au top.

1泊2日で３名の利用でした。 リビングも広々と清潔感もあり、キッチンも充実していたので、食材、調味料を準備すれば、楽しく調理も出来ました。リビング横の和室に布団を３組並べて敷いても充分な広さで快適に休めました。 傾斜地の建物なので、駐車場🅿️から、コテージまでの急な坂道の荷物を持ち運ぶのは、た大変でしたが、良い運動になりました。（笑） シングルベッド２台も完備していましたが、今回は 利用しませんでした。利用した３名共に満足できました。また、利用したいとおもいます。

メゾネットタイプのコテージ

コテージ滞在3度目でした。これまでの2回は一棟貸しでしたが、今回は1棟を2組が分け合い、屋内ドアで接続可能なメゾネットタイプでした。 時々隣の声が聞こえますが気になるほどではありません。部屋付き温泉の浴槽が石張りではなく、出来合いの浴槽だったのが残念でした。テラスが狭めでテーブルと椅子がなかったことも違いです。 次回は事前にコテージのタイプを確認しようと思います。

緑に囲まれた温泉宿

自宅で温泉に入れるのはうれしいです。天然温度なので？、行った日は熱すぎたため、純温泉水で入るのは難しかったのですが、とても快適でした。

部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。 暖房費 必要なのは わかりますが、予約時にわからない または、伝わりにくい費用を請求されたのは、少し残念です。 必要なら 現地で いくら必要というのを もっと明確に明示すべきではないかなと思います。 総宿泊費用も考慮してホテル選択をするわけですので。

穂高安曇野で別荘地感覚のきゅうじつを！

今回コテージに宿泊し、夕飯・朝食を調理し地下の風呂に入って別荘感覚で過ごすことが出来てとても快適だった。　ホテルのメインロビーに移動するのに送迎カー、又穂高駅まで送迎バスを利用することで移動には困らず、山に囲まれた森林の中の休日はリラックスできた。 夜の安曇野公園のイルミネーションは予定外だったけれど、想像以上に楽しめた。

楽しかったです！

コテージ泊まりましたがキッチン類やドライヤーなどちゃんと揃っていて快適に使えました！お風呂が檜で温泉なのも良かったです！コテージからホテルまでも近くとくに不便はありませんでしたがコテージの部屋番号が小さくたくさんコテージがあるので自分たちの泊まる場所まで結構迷いました。地図をいただきましたがもうちょっとわかりやすいと助かります！星もたくさん見え楽しい旅行になりました！また行きます！

コテージに滞在しましたが、備品も全部揃っているし温泉は最高だし。静かで日常の慌ただしさも忘れさせてくれる素敵な空間でした。 また行きたいです。

Felt like visiting own cottage. In-house hot springs was fabulous feature of this accommodation. There was good enough equipments in the kitchen but no condiments. Better to have rental car to get around in this beautiful small town.

非会員には冷遇の横柄なスタッフ

フロント係が年配の人なのに態度が横柄で、特に男性たちは説明もおざなりで面倒くさそうに応対します。 車の誘導も分かりにくく、無駄に移動の手間が増えました。 朝食バイキングは、品数も少なく、何より美味しくないです。 １棟のログハウスを壁で仕切った連棟型のコテージに宿泊しましたが、隣の物音・話し声がよく聞こえて、気がひけます。 山奥で交通も不便ですのし、コテージ宿泊お手頃と思い選んだのが失敗でした。
