"Disappointinb. This is my 2nd time stay and paid high price since it was holiday. Was good the first time so decide to bring my family to stay but was very very disappointed. The rooms are dirty. There were ants in kitchen. The other room aircon give out very smelly air and I got to switch off to sleep. Toilets are dirty and the dispenser are broken."

"I had an event at Persada Johor International Convention Centre, and the hotel is just 2 mins walk down. Super convenient. It is in a quiet location so less jams getting there and back."

"I had a great experience staying in this hotel from 3d2n! The front desk staff was so polite, professional and kind! Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry room because not many hotels have self service laundry room. So thats a plus i will be coming back again. Shoutout to the abang at the lobby who always helps visitors with their luggage without any expectation!"
