Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
"Hotel was great although breakfast a bit chaotic, not enough tables or staff. Sports bar service was terrible and many people queuing at least 20 mins for drinks as we did."

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
"This hotel is super convenient to the BP Pulse Live arena for shows but the property wasn’t what I have come to expect from a Hilton property. There is also apparently a night club on site so we could hear the booming base as we were trying to sleep until late into the evening (2-3am)."

Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC by IHG
"Crowne Plaza consistently provides excellent sleeping accommodation and high level customer service. I enjoyed dining in the bar on my last stay and would do so again because there were a good selection of menu items and the staff were very helpful in helping me avoid lactose rich ingredients."

Novotel Birmingham Airport
"Unfortunately the bathroom shower was really bad. Impossible to turn it on and adjust temp without getting soaked outside the tub . Water sprayed the floor and whole shower experience was average . Bed comfy but pillows lumpy ."
