That was whatever, I understand they overbook especially on Halloween. When we got to the room, everything was fine, until we moved the blanket off the bed. Bedbugs in the bed and stains from them. We pulled out the couch and there were more. I got a cup and put it in there and brought it down to the front. I was told that I would receive a full refund...
