Good location. The lack of alcoholic beverages is a limitation in an otherwise very good hotel restaturant.

Poorly organised hotel with few non-smoking rooms
On arrival the staff could not find our booking, we were then told as we booked the pay at hotel option they couldn't confirm our booking at the time so cancelled it without telling us. They then re-instated the booking but would only be able to provide a smoking room, which smelled heavily of air freshener on arrival and stunk of smoke by the time we departed. Room was comfortable enough other wise.

Breakfast was good and hotel a 10 minute walk to the Souk. However our non smoking room smelt of smoke and a bed was not provided for our 8 year old son. We were already checking in late and having to call Reception to sort this out when we just wanted to go to bed was not what we needed. We were then brought a cot (for an 8 year old!) so we had to resort to putting some sheets on the sofa and making do.

Stress Escape Solution
I’m a lawyer whom annoyed by time wasted in traffic jam, over stressed with hospital appointment as well , we needed an over night escape. Hotel is walking distance from my office but felt amazing as weather gets better, felt like a tourist discovering the area. Woke up fresh and excited with clear mind for another day of trials. Love ibis, budget friendly and comfot.

Great hotel at great price
This is a wonderful hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Let me check in at 8 when I arrived from London. Hotel looks new. And well located. I walked to Little India and souk, and National museum.

I was charged more than what it was shown at the Hotels website. The room was very small. There was no balcony or a window. It felt like a prison. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Amazing experience!
Amazing service! Seriously, I arrived at 6 am and wasn't expecting a room till at least 10 am but to my surprise Melanie (the duty manager) upgraded me to a suit which was available immediately! I was well chuffed. Moreover, she gave me a discount on breakfast for both days at almost half the price. Breakfast we very good too! It had every thing you would want at a hotel breakfast. To top things off I even got a late check out at 4pm on the day I was leaving. Melanie made all arrangements to make my stay as best as possible (seriously went out of her way). Definitely a 10/10 from me and I can't thank all of them enough. It was special. Thanks!

Clean and very comfortable hotel near Bahrain museum and the avenues mall. Service was great - thanks a lot to Nayrouz from the reception and to Ramish from the dining room for everything!! :)

Pleasant short business stay.
I stayed here on business for a week. While basic, the hotel was clean and the staff particularly welcoming and helpful, especially when it came to getting airport shuttles booked and trying to find and book the relevant covid tests for my visit and return. WiFi in the room was sufficient for basic browsing and cloud application access, but struggled with more intensive activities such as file services over VPN. Room service was on a daily request basis and done well when requested. The area the hotel is in is reasonably quiet and safe with some good cafes nearby. National museum and shopping mall are a short Uber trip away. Food in the restaurant was reasonable, but there are better places around. Overall I’d recommend the hotel.

Very nice stay
Overall hotel was very good. room was amazing i love it. nothing missing. reception people was great and always smile, reception place or location was wearied little bit. breakfast is the only thing i didn't like it a much in this hotel. but in general it was very nice stay.
