"This was a surprising gem of a find. It ticked off all the proper boxes: Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Superb communication with management regarding remote check in, check out, etc. The attached bar offers good food and drinks, and there are also many quirky and tasty places of all kinds within a 5 minute walk left or right. The location is closer to the Uni quarter than downtown, but both are within walkable range. I will definitely stay here again. l "

"I can’t begin to say enough about our short stay here. We came from the USA to visit our son who is attending Queen’s for the semester. From the moment before we checked in, we were welcomed by Mickey and Christine via What’s App. They helped us with parking, left new batteries for our tv remote and fresh towels when we asked, and were always available to help with questions we had. We loved the on-site parking, the cleanliness of the space. We loved how it had a kitchen space with a washer and dryer. I was able to do some laundry and cook some meals to freeze for my son. It is about a 10 min walk to Queen’s but we felt incredibly safe walking even at night. It’s on a quieter street so we didn’t hear any street noise at night. The beds were super comfortable. There was space for our luggage and soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The space was perfect for three and could be great for four as well. We were so happy we chose to stay here rather than a hotel because we had space to relax and stretch out. "
