"Perfect little set up for me travelling with my son to have 2 separate rooms and 2 toilets! It has a student digs feel to it which was fine but they are using some heavy chemicals, presumably for bug prevention, that I was very allergic to and that made being in the kitchen unbearable. Location is not so far from centre and close to the Uni and Ulster museum."

"The room needs to be vacant for several hours a day to be cleaned. I got sick of waiting so took my dirty towels to find a cleaner and got fresh towels myself. There are not enough bar staff to cater for the number of guests in the evening. The staff at breakfast are not overly nice and seem overwhelmed if you ask even for the milk to be refilled in the jug at the tea and coffee station. Didn't know you could order eggs till the 2nd morning of my 5 day stay. Not enough staff at the hotel. The room is very warm with a heavy duvet. A fan would be a good addition. But it's a lovely hotel with very nice decor and I would stay there again."
