"This place was great, the only issue for us was the amount of kids between 6 months and 2-3 years. If you are looking for a more adult experience, this is NOT the place for you. We had 2 groups of 38 each, there was 28 kids for 10 adults. Sleeping in for adults is not in the cards. We have a 13 and 14 year old kids that could not sleep in once! We wanted to have our teen adult roast a marshmallow, we were told to leave. The staff is great but DO NOT go there if you have kids 10+, it’s wild how...

"I was hoping for a better experience with it being Marriott brand. Some staffs are very friendly and nice but some especially in the restaurant are not friendly, takes forever to serve, etc. Some meals, we didn’t even get water, only empty cups. The food is really expensive and does not taste good at all. House keeping comes at 9ish, if you miss that, then, you have to keep calling them to come clean. Usually I’d be ok with it but with sand in the room, I really hope they would consider...
