"The bathroom and kitchen was pretty nice. The lobby smelled like there was a plumbing issue (waste water smell). The walls are paper thin and since our room was immediately opposite the lobby entrance we could hear every single guest coming and going including a group that arrived at 1am. The property is located next to subsidized living and there were homeless people swearing and yelling all night. I suggest you stay closer to Santa Monica if you want a better experience."

"No beach view from room was disappointing. Kitchen was good. Bed was small. People floor above us woke us up every morning with loud walking (no insulation between floors)."

"The place was great but I think that you should have TV’s is in every bedrooms. The floor plan wasn’t to my liking because I am a disabled person and I can’t walk up all those stairs. I feel like the living room and kitchen should have downstairs also the parking is horrible. But overall the stay was good"

"While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together). The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking...

"The room was clean and large size and had a full kitchen with laundry. There was no staff onsite but I don’t mind that. I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers and it was great. The WiFi was slow and the extra large closet could use a luggage rack or two. Other than that I would stay there again."
