New to me, but the value is great, the "virtual check-in'l" scared me at first (I'm old) but was done before it started. It's not some bougie hotel (thank God) but large rooms, kitchens and above almost everything, IT'S VERY QUIET in the rooms despite it being on a very busy local short-cut to regular LA residents, windows and roms very low sound. Nice sized swimming pool and very nice people. The location for visiting Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Historic Chinese Movie Theater is 10+ It's both Hotel and I would consider actually renting in the Fen8x.residential apartments.

Great comfortable room. Big bonus was the washer and dryer and kitchen amenities. The WiFi was very unstable for the TV, and the parking situation is a nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Overall, however it is a great place and ideal for someone without a car or parking needs.

The hotel rooms themselves are great. The property was clean. My issues were no physical check-in. If you need help you have to send a message and wait for a reply. Parking is horrible. You’re suppose to have assigned parking but my assigned stop was taken by someone else. The parking area is extremely dark and the support poles are painted the same color as everything making it difficult to see the poles in the dim lighted parking spots. Honestly if they cleaned up the parking issues this property would be a good stay.

Curated record collection was missing. There was no Internet service so we couldn’t watch TV and we thought we were getting a patio along with our room but I know that it was fantastic room was clean dishes and pots were available to use. It was great just a few minor things, but I think that’s subjective to our feelings so overall a five star rating.

Clean rooms, modern and decent. Enough for one person for a short stay. The online checkin process and lack of a representative in person felt burdensome and strenuous to me. I stayed for one night, I do not recommend if you are looking for a quick in and out. It was also an extremely extremely noisy street. My stay was during a Sunday, and it was still noisy due to facing a main street. I could not rest or sleep much. However, if you are in town and looking to party and have fun, it is a good location for that.

We stayed here for a week with our two children (10 & 8). It was a great location and easy to get in and out - although there are a lot of access codes to remember ! We loved the pool !!!! The washing machine and dryer in our room was brilliant - as was the large fridge/freezer. There is no reception or anyone onsite - everything is done online - but this wasn’t an issue, and they were super quick to respond on email about anything we needed. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium.
