The service provided was excellent, and I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future. However, I cannot recommend the spa service based on my personal experience; during my massage, I requested it to be stopped after just 10 minutes due to an unsatisfactory experience."

"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."

"I didn't stay a full night - just 8 hours transit stop before the 'midnight-to-sunrise' Mt Bromo tour. Hotel is listed as 3-star on hotels.com but I think it's lower end. However, they make up for lack of facilities by providing free hot and cold drinks and snacks (self-service) in the lobby. Staff arranged for takeaway box of chicken sandwich and banana with bottle of water since I was leaving at 12.30am and would miss breakfast. Nothing much to see or do nearby. But a small restaurant I found...

"인도네시아에서 처음으로 묵은 호텔인데 가격대비 충분히 이점이 있는 호텔입니다 저렴한가격과 온수, 에어컨, 수압에 이상없고 아침식사도 매우만족스러웠습니다(특히 과일을 함께 주는점이 좋았습니다) 중국에 오래있어서 안좋은 점들을 많이 봐서 그런지 대체로 괜찮았습니다 이불이 조금 오염되있던거 말고는 다좋았네요"
