"The best things about this Riad is the location and the staff. It is easily accessible from the street within about 2 bocks, and also few steps to the Place Jema El fna, which makes it very easy to go out for a while, go shopping, go eat, return to rest a bit or leave my things, then go out again. Also the staff was very helpful and attentive all the time. The front door is kept locked at all times, I suggest them to provide keys to the guests to get in, instead of having to ring the bell every time. The room was a bit small. The breakfast was good and big."

"We stayed at Riad Azrur for five nights and had an absolutely lovely time. The riad is stunning, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful—always available to offer advice, recommend places to visit or eat, and assist with anything we needed. He also arranged our transport to and from the airport. We had his mobile number and could contact him at any time, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend staying here."

"What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "Everything was very beautiful, toilets worked great, shower was hot, rooms were clean, bed was soft, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, food was delicious, and surrounding area was safe and interesting."

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."

"The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. "
