The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel needs maintenance. Some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel to sleep and then visit puebla. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple and okay. There are less expensive and better places to wat."

"We want to highlight the helpfulness and kindness of all the personal. Rooms were clean, common areas were always spotless and full of natural flowers. Our room in the 8th floor (top floor if the hotel), was spacious, with a minimalistic contemporaneous decour. It had a full view to the city and all the churches. At the restaurant, the morning breakfast carried us until mid afternoon. We got spoiled with Mexican style breakfast - huevis divorciadoa, chicken enchiladas, chilaquiles, and also...

Es genial que acepten mascotas, nos hizo el viaje mucho más fácil a mi perrita y a mi. Sin duda, el desayuno en la terraza fue le detalle más amable! 10/10 regresamos a Casa Juarez!"

"Es un hotel bien ubicado, remodelado y con ambiente muy lindo, el único problema es que las habitaciones son súper chicas, me hospedé en una habitación sencilla y literal solo cabe la cama matrimonial, no hay espacio para la maleta, el baño es súper pequeño mido 1.60 y apenas entré en el cancel. Tiene todos los servicios en la habitación pero en verdad es súper pequeño."
