"This hotel is our go to place while in Lynchburg. The staff is excellent meeting our needs. Breakfast was delicious as always. Douglas (sorry i think this was his name) was very helpful. He gave me a list of restaurants surrounding the hotel, was helpful with computer and printer fixes, and greeted guests so genuinely. Welcome cookies were delicious too!"
