"La cola en los elevadores es ridícula. El sistema de asignación de elevador no funciona porque llegan llenos (el sistema asigna elevadores que ya van llenos) No tienen suficiente espacio en los salones de desayuno para la capacidad de huéspedes había cola de espera (ridículo). Muy incómodo."
