Excelente ubicación en el corazón de la Gran Vía, rodeada de todas las tiendas y lugares emblemáticos de Madrid. Las instalaciones son muy buenas aún cuando ocupa un segundo piso de un edificio viejo, cuando abres la puerta de Woohoo Rooms Boutique Gran Vía todo es nuevo y limpio, la atención excelente, el servicio de limpieza a las habitaciones súper bien. En la entrada del edificio hay elevador para llegar al hospedaje. Lo recomendamos ampliamente con un 10/10, seguramente regresamos aquí y lo recomendamos con gusto.

Posizione ottima. Camera con tutto il necessario. Doccia grande e comoda. Unico neo: non si può vendere una camera con balcone se il balcone è soltanto un affaccio non calpestabile e la vista è completamente inibita da impalcature e telo di copertura. I clienti andrebbero avvisati altrimenti si creano aspettative che non si ha la possibilità di soddisfare.

Overall, I was very happy with this hotel. It was located in the middle of everything. It was a little tricky to figure out where it was at first because it is a small entrance, but apart from that I would say that it was clean and the front desk was helpful. The only thing that was a little difficult is that there wasn’t someone at the front desk all of the time so WhatsApp was what 1 had to rely on when you had questions for hotel management. I would recommend this hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised at how BEAUTIFUL the facility was only because it is located in a building that has multiple businesses and hotels. So, please do not be discouraged when you arrive! Prime location, walkable to anywhere on the Gran Via. I loved my room, which was huge and had lots of gifts - water, snacks, etc. The staff that was onsite was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again.

When we got to our “hotel” there was no one at the desk to help us check in. Our room was occupied, and repeated attempts to contact the hotel staff were unsuccessful. We had to find another hotel, a real one. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place. Spend a little more for real accommodations. The hotel should not even be allowed on Expedia.

The place is in the best location. The rooms are renovated. Across the street access to restaurants and shopping. There is scaffolding on the building with a mesh blocking views. There is one elevator for 4 that serves the whole building so you may need to wait a few minutes. Reception staff is very courteous and helpful. They use WhatsApp and are quick to respond.
