The property has a small balcony, unfortunately the pause is being renovated so that obstructs the view. The hotel itself was clean, safe and very modern. I would highly recommend. Can’t ask for a better location!

Very clean, the room is new, very well designed, quiet, location is the best, walking distance of stores, theaters, Restaurants or fast food, Metro, Taxi’s at all time. The service very friendly and prepared in case you need to leave your baggage prior check-in or after check-out.

Right on Gran Via, spectacular view. Clean comfortable room and bed, nice & helpful staff. I was happy to find coffee machine in common area. A couple small comments, pillows need replaced and not a quiet location (as expected on Gran Via). I would love to stay here again!

Very good place - great location (on Gran Via and few minutes from all cnteric places), good service (availability on Whatsapp even if you are remote), clean, very good shower. The only small thing that wasn't perfect were the pillows - both me and my husband didn't feel comfortable with them

We enjoyed our stay at woohoo rooms. The staff were proactive in reaching out to us prior to our stay and helped us to find the hotel when our uber driver dropped us off at the wrong spot. It is also located in a great spot, we were able to walk to everything. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was luxurious.

This hotel was in a great location right on Gran Vía. Very closed to everything and very convenient. I loved it and would stay here again. The only bad thing is that there is one elevator for the whole building and only 4 people at a time. We used the stairs since it was a second floor (3rd basically), We didn’t mind this since we were ok with using the stairs. The front desk was very helpful and although they were not there all the time, were very accessible via WhatsApp.
