El personal amable pero la habitación deja que desear El aire acondicionado no servía y en la noche nos acaloramos mucho , la puerta del baño tenía safada la chapa y una especie de mampara junto a la cabecera se estaba cayendo estuvimos hospedados una semana y los vasos de la habitación al tercer día que no los cambiaban acudí a la recepción a avisar para que me dieran unos limpios y me dijeron que no los cambian en toda la estancia !!!! Me pareció increíble

Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, insbesondere durch die zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer sind in einem ordentlichen Zustand, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und Sonderwünsche (z.B.
