What a great find! We were very pleased with our stay. This property was very well designed, clean and has an excellent layout. They thought of everything you would need to make your stay convenient from utensils, dishwasher, dish towels, large bathroom towels, plenty of bathroom hooks, and diffuser for those of us with curly hair. Detergent for a load of laundry was a really nice touch! We will highly recommend this place to our friends visiting Madrid and would definitely stay here again ourselves in the future! Thank you Limehouse.

The apartment smelled overwhelming strong of sewage. The smell faded but never really left we were told they would change the room, it didnt happen, although I was happy to be on the first floor. This place would have been perfect if they would seal the sewage opening for the toilet and the washer/dryer. No one wants to sleep in a sewage smelling room.

We have stayed several times at Lime home but this one was really disappointing. The ware of hotel was fantastic but the room had no windows and it was so loud at night ,because of the other guests, we couldn’t sleep. They have played soccer at 2 am in the morning at the corridors!! The room of the cleaning staff was next to us and they came every day at 6 am , and we heard it eveery time. We stayed at the suits (number2) and i do not recommend. Maybe the rooms at the other floors has not the same problem.

En el piso no hay personal, no puedes comunicarte con nadie vía verbal, es de lo más impersonal y la habitación es un sótano sin luz y la única ventana que tiene da hacia los basureros internos

Tout a été parfait : le service client, la grandeur de l'appartement et la qualité des équipements fournis mais on a du vivre avec 3 irritants : - notre appartement donnait sur la toute petite cour sans lumière de l'hotel, avec une vue directe sur les cabines des femmes de ménage ... impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux pendant le séjour - le manque d'isolation de la porte d'entrée qui ne nous a pas isoler des discussions des autres voyageurs dans la cage d'escaliers - une odeur de remontée d'égout venant de la SDB qui nous a obligé à laisser tourner la ventilation.
