"The stay was OK overall, but the floor from elevator to room was extremely cold ... which led my wife and I to not use the pool for fear of freezing when heading back to the room after a dip. Unclean Room and uncooperative staff.
"We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. Then after we entered one of the rooms, one was dirty. Blood stains, large yellow pee stain and hair on the duvet. ..."
