"Set in a quiet suburb of Vancouver, this hotel is somewhere in between an Air B&B and a hotel. Very quiet, never disturbed by other guests. The shared bathroom was just across the hall and never an inconvenience. Much more cost effective than overpriced downtown hotels and only a short Uber ride away. Very easy parking and super comfortable bed. Would stay here again. "

"Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. "
