"Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Hotel in einem top Zustand, es gab nichts zu meckern. Bar sehr angenehm mit sehr guten Drinks. Frühstück auch gut, ein bisschen teuer aber ist 5 Sterne Level. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin übernachten wenn wir nach Vancouver reisen. "

Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! ...

"Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. "Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow! Our room was beautiful and modern and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The shower was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. Lol our room had a door bell.
