This property has a very unique look, its literally a small castle and is 10 mins away from the airport and a 5 min walk from Casinos, Nightclubs, Food etc. Frank was also very cordial and helpful.

This is a wonderful, beautiful stay in southern Dutch part of the island 5 mins walking distance to downtown Maho. Very close to the SXM airport. Roomy studio with a kitchen, private bathroom and a shared swimming pool. Very quiet, pleasant, peaceful. Groceries and two beaches are close by. Frank is a great host, accommodating and available for help as required. Highly recommended. Great value.

Needs some TLC. As others have noted the shower floor drains very slowly so the base fills up with water. Generally clean, but the kitchen curtain should be replaced as it has visible mildew/mold on it. Our host let us stay beyond check out time which was very much appreciated.

Frank let me check in early which I really appreciated. Was surprised and caught off-guard to find out they only accept cash. I only learned this at check-in and gave him what I had with me ($50). I didn't have a way to get any more cash at the time and was luckily assisted by a nice woman at an ATM. Frank doesn't accept CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Revolut, etc. unfortunately. He seemed surprised that I was not aware of the cash-only policy and I informed him there is no mention of this on the site. Unfortunately he didn't really seem to care. The apartment itself suited my needs for a single night but I did not attempt to shower or use anything in the kitchen. Other reviews are accurate in their assessment of the furniture/decor. I was on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy. The freezer also made a loud noise all day/night. If you need a cheap place for 1 night within walking distance to the airport (like I did) this is great. Just don't forget cash.

Good value and convenience

Great location close to the beach and our friends at the Sonesta resort. Everything was in good working order and we had no issues our entire stay. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting a quiet place close to the fun!

Great stay!

The couple owning the property were absolutely charming. So kind and willing to share island information and help with needs. Located in an area that has recovered from the hurricane and is walking distance to grocery and local dining. Property is located behind the largest casino in a bungalow and apartment section. The location of the property is safe.

This is an older property, with old furniture, old weird appliances and a sketchy shower. The shower didnt drain properly and included an old shower curtain. The TV didnt work. It was very close to Maho beach area.

Great Place. Homely Feel

Great large apartment located near the beaches and all essentials. Very friendly staff members who accommodate your needs by any means. Area is very safe right up the hill from the casino and restaurants. Very homely feel with your own kitchen.

Nice, but not my cup of tea.

I like to stay in Hotels, but due to the lack of rooms, I ended up staying here. The place is off the beaten path, which means it was quiet. It was close to Maho Beach, and in a good place. I took two showers and never had any hot water. The wifi was great and internet was fast. Frank DOES NOT accept credit cards, so ignore what you see on this website about them. He required that I paid cash up front for the whole stay. Frank is very nice, and helpful. The air conditioner in my bedroom never turned on, but I was able to get it cool enough with the A/C in the living area. It's a nice place, if you're into Air B&B types of places, I'm just not.
